Processing & Handcrafting Time
Please allow 8 weeks for made-to-order items
For Ready to ship items that include a necklace chain, please allow 1-2 weeks for me to order chains for you. 

Domestic Shipping (US)
Carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx etc.).
Ready to ship pieces ship within 7 days.
Made to order pieces ship within 8-9 weeks

International Orders & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Cabrina Channing Silverworks has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please be aware that customs processing may also add additional time to your delivery. If you have questions about duties and taxes in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

Order Tracking
Tracking is included on all orders

Lost or Damaged Packages
Contact immediately if packages appear lost or stolen. Not all packages are shipped insured. 

Returns & Exchanges Related to Shipping
Contact me within 30 days for returns or exchanges. Items must be unworn and in new condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
